Thomson Reuters described an expanded CoCounsel Legal partner ecosystem connecting AI-assisted legal work with tools including DealCloser, DeepJudge, Smokeball, and Sterne Kessler workflows. The company says CoCounsel capabilities are being embedded into transaction management, enterprise search, practice management, and patent eligibility analysis. Legal AI adoption is shifting from standalone assistants toward workflow-native systems that preserve permissions, context, and legal work product.
