Entegrata has appointed Andrew Baker, formerly director of applied AI at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, as its chief AI and data strategy officer. At Simpson Thacher, Baker led around 20 specialists and drove adoption of Harvey and DeepJudge. His hire coincides with Entegrata’s launch of a new AI enablement layer sitting on top of its data lakehouse platform, designed to give firms a single source of truth beneath tools such as Harvey, Legora, and CoCounsel. Founder Tom Baldwin said firms increasingly want flexibility to switch AI models without losing context or data control.
