Discernis, a legal intelligence startup for litigation and investigations, announced a $2.5M seed round led by Newfund Capital, with participation from Triple Impact Capital, Remarkable Ventures and C2 Ventures. The company claims its AI reads full document collections, often millions of documents, inside a law firm’s on-premises or secure cloud environment without third-party commercial AI API calls.
