HaystackID has unveiled HaystackID COMET (Compliance Oversight for Mobile Electronic Transmissions), a solution for global financial organisations to manage scheduled, recurring collection of business mobile communications. The launch responds to intensifying off-channel communications enforcement by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority, Germany’s BaFin, France’s AMF, and the European Securities and Markets Authority, mirroring US action since 2021. A sister brand to HaystackID MEDAL, the product is being introduced at LegalTechTalk in London alongside demonstrations of HaystackID’s wider AI and privacy portfolio, including Case Insight, Privacy Hub, and GenAI-powered DSAR response.
