It is reported that Meta and the Việt Nam National Innovation Center (NIC) have launched the third annual Việt Nam Innovation Challenge (VIC) 2025, focusing on Project ViGen, which is aimed at creating high-quality, open-source Vietnamese datasets to enhance large language models and ensure that AI systems reflect Vietnam’s cultural values and ethics.
