The outline (1) warned that user data may be stored on servers in China, which lacks an adequacy decision from the European Union (EU); (2) highlighted that Chinese authorities have broad data access without EU-equivalent protections; and (3) noted that generative AI models process vast amounts of data, potentially using it for unintended purposes such as training or marketing.
