The Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) has charged Jenny Lim, the Chief Financial Officer of Aperia International Pte Ltd, in connection with a fraud case involving false representations to Dell Global B.V (Singapore Branch) regarding the end-user status of servers, as part of an investigation into 22 individuals and companies since February 2025. Lim allegedly conspired with Aperia International’s CEO Wei Zhaolun Alan and Head of Sales Woon Guo Jie Aaron between November 2023 and February 2025, leading to their prior charges on 27 February 2025 and 6 March 2025 under the Penal Code. If convicted, all three face up to 20 years of imprisonment, fines, or both for their roles in the conspiracy.
