It is reported that Singapore has charged three individuals, including two Singaporean nationals (charged with criminal conspiracy to commit fraud) and a Chinese national (charged with fraud) alleged defrauding an unnamed supplier about the identity of the actual end-user of the supplied hardware. Local media reports have linked the arrests to the shipment of Nvidia chips to China but this is not confirmed. The police investigation remains ongoing.
