Opus 2 buys Bundledocs to extend its disputes platform

Opus 2 has acquired Bundledocs, a Cork-based developer of cloud-based, AI-ready collaborative document bundling software, in its third deal in five years. The move expands Opus 2’s reach across the dispute lifecycle and strengthens its offering for firms with multijurisdictional practices. Bundledocs serves 1,900 clients across 35 countries, including more than 100 of the UK’s top 200 law firms. Opus 2’s Ingenuity platform, powered by an agentic AI framework, is already used by 98% of the Am Law 50 and 96% of the top 50 global firms on more than 1,800 matters per month.
