Morgan & Morgan, the largest plaintiff law firm in the US, has committed at least $1 billion over the next 10 years to legal tech and AI, formally unveiling MX2, its in-house AI platform. The investment builds on around $300 million already spent over the past five years. MX2 comprises four products: Agent, embedded in Litify for case insights and agentic workflows; First Draft, for case-aware document generation; Medical, for record extraction; and Search, for semantic case data queries. The firm reports 5,000 monthly active internal users and over two million Agent interactions. MX2 will open to other firms on an invitation-only basis toward the end of 2027, prioritising corporate, transactional, and litigation practices.
