Luxembourg has released its national AI Strategy (along with its Data Strategy and Quantum Strategy). On the aspect of governance and regulation, the strategy calls for clear regulatory guardrails via the actions of (1) fast and practical implementation of the EU AI Act; (2) implementation of the Council of Europe Convention on AI, Human Rights, Democracy and Rule of Law; and (3) recognising cybersecurity aspects of AI regulation.
