Litera has launched Clean+, the cloud-hosted evolution of Metadact Server, designed to remove hidden metadata risk from outbound email attachments without the infrastructure burden of an on-premises server. Built on a deterministic, rules-based engine refined over 30 years and used by 42% of the market per the 2025 ILTA Tech Survey, Clean+ enforces a single policy across classic Outlook, new Outlook, Outlook for Mac, Outlook for Web, and mobile. It forms part of a broader consolidation of the Metadact line under the Clean brand and is available standalone or within Draft Advanced. General availability is 30 June.
