Leveraging Artificial Intelligence to Streamline the Code of Federal Regulations Act introduced

US senator Jon Husted (R-Ohio) has introduced a bill to streamline the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) through the use of AI systems to identify redundant and outdated rules. Currently, the CFR is more than 180,000 pages long. The bill would give the Administrative Procedure Act an expedited process for undoing burdensome regulations, and it would ensure that AI systems are used to review the CFR annually.
