Legora is in discussions to raise at least $300 million at a pre-money valuation of around $8.5 billion, Bloomberg reports. That is a step up from the $5.6 billion valuation set at its April Series D, but below the $10 billion or more the company was reportedly seeking in August. CFO David Eckstein has said annual recurring revenue has reached $200 million, doubling in under six months. The talks come as rival Harvey recently raised $550 million at $15.5 billion, and as Norm Ai closed a $120 million round at $1.2 billion pushing outcome-based pricing.
