It is reported that the Kyrgyzstan Legislative Assembly has approved the draft Digital Code of Kyrgyzstan in its second reading. This Code creates a comprehensive legal framework that codifies existing digital regulation (such as on personal data) and provides new norms to regulate the development and deployment of various digital technologies, including the regulation of AI. The third and final vote is still to come.
