London, UK,16 October, 2024 – oneNDA, the leading global contract standard for Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), has been acquired by Law Insider, the world’s largest public contract database.
Electra Japonas will join Law Insider as its first Chief Legal Officer, as part of the acquisition.
Through the acquisition, the oneNDA.org standards library, including oneNDA, oneNDA Playbook, oneNDA M&A, and oneDPA, and their corresponding translations, will be made available for free to Law Insider’s over 3 million registered users, and more than 10,000 paying subscribers.

Law Insider has immediate plans to build on the success of oneNDA through its launch of Law Insider Standards, an expansive contract standards & playbook library that will be offered for free to its millions of registered users, and will include the oneNDA standards & playbooks.
Law Insider Standards is set to launch December, 2024.

Automated Standards and AI-powered Playbooks
To promote the adoption of oneNDA and Law Insider Standards, Law Insider will offer an automated version of all of its standard contracts that will enable adopters to create, send and eSign the standards for free. Additionally, all standard playbooks will be available for free through an AI-powered Word Add-In and will provide instant redlining suggestions and comments.
These software tools are also available for free, and powered by SimpleDocs, which is also co-founded and led by Preston Clark.
