Lucía Elizalde-Bulanti is a lawyer with nearly 25 years of experience across top-tier firms in Latin America and Europe, as well as serving as General Counsel for a financial multilateral organization. At Dechert, she has led the Innovation Certification Program and launched Dechert Innovation Foundations, focusing on behavioral change and creative problem-solving in legal practice. In 2025, she developed a global Behavioural Change Program for lawyers, earning recognition as “Innovative Leader in Private Practice” at Legal Week’s Women, Influence & Power in Law UK Awards.
