In his address to the the Conference on Disarmament as an observer state, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, has emphasised that the military use of AI should be ethical, responsible and contribute to the enhancement of international security, and remain consistent with all applicable international legal frameworks.
