Chamelio raises $26M Series A to build AI-native platform for in-house legal teams

Chamelio has raised $26 million in a Series A round led by Entrée Capital, with participation from Work-Bench, Emerge Ventures, and Bright Pixel Capital. The AI-native platform positions itself as an alternative to legacy contract lifecycle management systems, handling drafting, negotiation, approvals, obligations, and multistep legal workflows autonomously, with human oversight where required. Customers include Wiz, monday.com, Socure, AppsFlyer, and Wonderful.ai. Annual recurring revenue has grown fourfold since Chamelio’s seed round five months ago. The funding will support development of its proprietary legal action model, expansion of its legal engineering and product teams, and further investment in onboarding technology. Chamelio was founded in 2024 by Alex Zilberman, Gal Lellouche, and former general counsel Gil Banyas.
