Lexroom acquires Query Juriste and Praven Intelekt in first M&A move

Italian legal AI company Lexroom has acquired French legal AI firm Query Juriste and Bulgarian Praven Intelekt, its first M&A transactions since founding. The deals bring Lexroom’s footprint to five European markets and follow its organic expansion into Germany and Spain. Query Juriste brings nearly 300 customers and around 1,000 paying users, along with a research platform connected to over five million French and European legal documents. Praven Intelekt adds more than 900 customers and Lexroom’s first foothold in Central and Eastern Europe. Both founding teams will remain, with Etienne Le Guay leading France and Siyanna Lilova heading Central and Eastern Europe. Lexroom now serves over 20,000 customers, surpassed €20 million in ARR this summer, and raised a $50 million Series B in May 2026.
