Richmond Vona opens claims across eight insurance carriers with 100% success using Lexafide

Buffalo-based personal injury firm Richmond Vona has deployed Lexafide’s AI voice agents to open new motor vehicle accident claims and follow up on existing cases. Over the past month, Lexafide’s agents opened 11 new claims across eight carriers, including State Farm, Progressive, and GEICO, with a 100% success rate in navigating each carrier’s intake process and securing a claim number. The agents also logged 23 follow-up requests for PIP ledgers and IME reports on existing claims. Operations lead Lizzie DePalma said the approach reflects automation built around how the team actually works, with room to expand across the MVC claims lifecycle. Lexafide continues to expand its footprint among plaintiff and personal injury firms, with claims-opening and chaser agents among the most common entry points.
