The Hong Kong Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry, Professor Sun Dong, and the Deputy Director of the Cyberspace Administration of China, Mr. Wang Jingtao, have signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at promoting the digital economy through technological innovation. The MOU focuses on areas such as AI, cross-boundary data flow, and blockchain, aligning with the National 15th Five-Year Plan to establish Hong Kong as an international I&T center.
